The Ocean Park Association is a non-profit volunteer organization. OPA is the Neighborhood Organization in the City of Santa Monica for Ocean Park, having boundaries from Pico Blvd to the South city border and Lincoln Blvd to the Pacific Ocean.

OPA holds monthly meetings open to the public in the Joslyn Park Community Center.  Previous meetings are recorded in the Archive of OPA Board Meeting Minutes.

PROJECTS

Main Street: OPA is working with the Main Street Merchants Association on parking, traffic, and zoning issues that impact Main Street.

Ocean Park Blvd: The Ocean Park Blvd Green Streets Project is entering a new phase where two alternative plans and budgets are being considered. Public meetings are planned for sometime in October.
