Our Next OPA Meeting
Monday, February 8th 2015, 7:00–9:00 p.m.

Joslyn Park, 633 Kensington Way, Santa Monica 90405

The Kiwanis Club of Santa Monica donated a new children's playground to Ozone Park. Borderline Neighborhood Group celebrated the opening with a well-attended barbeque. Recent upgrades also include new playground, fencing, ADA access and signage for this neighborhood park.

Our community applauds this private-public partnership which also provided plentiful picnic food, two bands, and games for the little ones at the 20th Annual Kiwanis picnic!

The office of the City Forester, Matthew Wells, has published an updated guide for residents and concerned citizens to help parkway trees, as well as other trees, survive this drought. Parkway trees are generally located between the city sidewalk and the street curb.  Click here to find read the Guidelines: FINAL Trees Watering Guidelines  http://www.smgov.net/portals/urbanforest/
